Integrating work and study: study routines for working people
Integrating work and study and creating a study plan helps prepare people for employment and taking entrance exams.
Study schedules are difficult for office workers. The situation is tired when a student has to prepare for entry exams, enemies and competitions and many Brazilians.
Disciplinary and plan -this work test must be the time of the sun. This is due to the fact that students have to be able to work without reading and being unemployed. Discipline is very important to prevent burnout and lack of motivation that can cause students to give up on their dreams of going to college.
This will help you start your studies by maintaining a special environment for school activities. Because it helps you avoid possible distractions in the shortest possible moment.
The importance of planning
Doing everything right requires a plan to coordinate the various activities. Vinicius de Carvalho Haidar, coordinator of the Polyhedron course, highlights three important steps for those working and studying:
Step 1 – Planning: It is very important to plan your daily life so that you can study without jeopardizing your job. Without a plan, students shift their focus.
Step 2 – Time: Knowing your available time is important in planning your studies. No need to make more plans about what to study if you don’t have enough time.
Step 3 – Study Method: Find your own study method that fits your reality. If possible, look for college prep, classes when they are available. If this is not possible, find another method (students can also use this method).
Learn how to manage your time
Studying for the entrance exam, takes a lot of time for students, but it is important to find a balance between study, food, rest, physical activity and free time. By properly allocating your available time, you can prevent emotional and physical overwork. The time allocated varies from student to student, taking into account the schedule of each activity.
Establish a routine
Get your body used to working at the same time so that fatigue and hunger don’t affect your studies. That means waking up, studying, eating and resting at the same time.
Familiarize yourself with the course and what it entails. Study time depends on the chosen course. It is important to know how difficult the entrance exam is and how long it takes to prepare.
Don’t forget to write. If possible, practice writing every week.
Respect your sleep. Sleep between 7 and 8 hours a day. Don’t turn day into night.
Make a plan and relax. Break up blocks of learning and include short breaks between them. Use this time to go to the bathroom, take a short walk, eat something, relax and stretch. That way, the brain learns how to exert and distract at the right time.
Learn how to break up topics. Spend more time on difficult content than easy, but don’t leave any topic unexplored. Once you’re ready to work, put away the most complicated ones and replace them with ones that are easier to work with.
Know when to rest: Focus on studying and strenuous activities during the week, and make time for rest and relaxation on the weekends.
Check out the curriculum. Review what is written in your plan and see what is working and what needs to be changed. That is, a collection of changes to topics at inappropriate times, topics that cause fatigue, nutrition, recreation, and other activities.
Make a study plan
Self-awareness is very important when studying. Knowing the best way to study a subject, how long practical problems usually take, what is easiest and most difficult, and how much time there is between work and class can help students prepare for their training. Help.
After you discover tips for studying while you work, review sample study plans and create your own plan for college success.
